Aweful customer service... stole money after i had canceled service. only way to communicate is by creating a twitter account.
Ridiculous never again!!!
I used to love Spotify for a long time. No however, they have added adds to all of the Podcasts even though I pay for premium. This is absolute garbage. They have gone back to podcasts that already exist to add the ads in. I listen to podcasts to go to sleep at night so when a really loud annoying ad comes on it wakes me up. Absolutely pointless garbage now. Never listening to a podcast on Spotify again

I was sign up as member and requested for termination. I receive email as confirmation but my account monthly charges continued. Found its from Stockholm. There was a way to contact them. Only way is to kill it by changing my Credit Card, scary!
Spotify is the worst. I spent an hour downloading music for my kids. Only to find that this bull$#*! app will only play 5 seconds of any song I chose. I did trouble shoot online. I have no shuffle music option or any other bull$#*! extra crap to play my music. It advertised select songs to your play list and play and enjoy. Lies. Lied to me. Lied to my children.
I use the free. When I agree to watch a video to get 30 minutes ad free music thats what I expect to get. Lately the ads are about every 10 minutes then I might get 7 minutes of music then more ads! So frustrating! I will not be forced to pay for this. I will delete the app and move on
Spotify drives you nuts with their covid bs advertisement they claim 30 minutes no advertisement which is a lie if you give them a thumb down they will repeat that advertisement on your site over and over and over I guess that's free music... nothings free you got a pay for it by listening to commercials not even in your area promoted a150 miles from you...
I love listening songs on Spotify with premium quality but when i was using it for free after every 3 song there will be an ad, at sometime it was actually irritating. But now that i'm using the premium version no need to worry about ads.
I had zero issues switching from free to premium, then premium to duo. Always a mainstay I use daily. Great for traveling, car rides, etc. I am a forever fan.
No stars no longer works and customer service is a joke totally useless please use Amazon or Apple Music

Including poor non original atrists like Strayia Pub band mixed in with original tracks is woeful especially if I pay premium.

WORST PODCAST APP
you cant see the list of episodes cuz tyhe screen hogs all the space, audio only is impossible,
stitcher iphone app youtube, all of them are 10x better and more userfriendly
